Based on literatures survey and interview with teachers and students, a series ofTeachers Behavior Problem Questionnaire (evaluated by teachers, by headmasters,and by students) were constructed to study the teachers'behavior problem in primaryand middle schools. Meanwhile,《SCL—90》has been used to explore the samplespsychological health levels. We studied the relationships between teachers'behaviorproblem and psychological health levels .The results indicated that: 1) teachers'behavior problem consist of 5 dimensionsaccording to the existence degree of: education views, professional conceptions,managements, education attitudes, teaching methods; 2) significant differences in alldimensions were found among different genders, primary and middle school teachers.Teachers'education views and teaching attitudes have significant differences betweenthe youngsters and the elders. Teaching attitudes are significantly different betweenthe teachers from urban and those from suburban; 3) among the teacher's population,there are 12.80%, 2.68% and 0.70% of them with low, moderate and high levels ofdisorders respectively. More male teachers have disorders than female teachers, andmore middle school teachers than primary school teachers as well. 4) unfair, insulate,uncaring were main phenomena in teachers'behavior problem; 5) a series of TeachersBehavior Problem Questionnaire (evaluated by teachers, headmasters, and students)were proved in consistence; 6) the psychological health levels of all samples are lowerthan the national norm in somatization and anxiety; 7) in psychological health levels,there are no significant differences among different genders, primary and middleschool teachers; however, the younger teachers are lower than the older teachers; 8) itis obvious that psychological health levels of those teachers who have behaviorproblems are lower than all samples and the national norm; 9) some advices weregiven to improve the teachers'psychological health and to reduce the teachers'behavior problems.
