The major task of higher education in normal schools is the realization of changing normal school students from their quantity content to quality improvement. The cultivation of teacher staffs comprehensive quality is the direction and starting point of the reform of teachers education in normal schools. Quality education has already become people's common concern. As we know, normal school students will play a leading role in the middle school education in the future, so a comprehensive quality education in school is a must for them. Quality education is realized by teachers and their rich and various teaching activities and in this sense the training of high quality teachers is extraordinarily important. The teachers' comprehensive quality means that a teacher should be equipped with high profession morality, scientific education concepts and rich professional knowledge. Therefore, a teacher of high comprehensive quality should be good at teaching and rich in social common sense, as well as book knowledge, which demands the training and cultivation of such quality during their school period, preparing them for entering the teaching trade in the future. The study here adopts the approaches of course permeation and trans-disciplinarity. It is the first time that these approaches are applied to the field of quality education. Given the different perspectives of this study, the permeation of wine culture in the training of normal school students' comprehensive quality, the auther tries to explore it from four aspects: approaches crossing, theory introduction, question intriguing, and cultures merging. The researcher chose 506 students of over twenty majors as the subjects and the time period from March, 2005 to April, 2006. The surveys of the interviewees were conducted before the course of "Wine Culture in China",when students did not fully understand wine culture and its permeation in quality education. Moreover, the researcher paid special visits to the experts in some concerned functional departments of government, enterprises, and hospitals, which were arranged ahead of the relevent contents of the course in order to achieve best research results. These surveys show that this trans-disciplinary approach is a beakthrough in quality education which abandons the weakness of the old method which only unites a single professional knowledge with quality education and ignores the mutual effects of many majors. It is good news that wonderful fruits have been reached by applying this appproach. Since quality education in culture is gradual, multileveled, and polyangled, it cannot be completed in a short time, and hence never be compelled. The compelling only leads to negative results. Teachers shouldn't "cram students", but "instruct them" or "enlighten them". At the same time many relations shoul be well handled: the inner quality and the outer quality in students, teachers and students, one's own major and others, lecture and class, etc.It is hold in this study that teachers play a important role in cultivating normal school students of high quality, so teachers in these schools should not only be the tutors in book study but the examples in teaching methods and the comprehensive quality. In course planning, the teacher should highlight these designing ideas such as the connection of today and ancient times, western and eastern culture, arts and science, and put emphasis on the significance of network and multi-media in cultural quality education. Only when this course is taught vividly and plainly and in connection with history, literature, scientific methods, common sense and skills in life, etc, can more students be attracted. Since language and literature are the most typical culture, beautiful languages and strong emotion can strike students most and enrich their life largely, which will create an air of certain culture to develop their quality of team work and persistence, and eventually achieve the goal of improving their comprehensive quality.
