| Since the outbreak to the spread of the epidemic,it has posed a huge challenge to graduates in terms of employment.Although the current epidemic situation in China has eased,the impact on the employment of university graduates will persist for a certain period of time,which has resulted in a very challenging employment situation for graduates.The main features of the post-epidemic era are the slowdown in economic growth,the ushering in of new changes in industrial development and the redefinition of work patterns by enterprises.Under the current employment situation,properly addressing the issue of high-quality employment of college graduates in the post-epidemic era is related to people’s livelihood,economy and social stability.Therefore,there is an urgent need to conduct research on the employment of college graduates in the post-epidemic era and adopt various approaches to promote high-quality employment for graduates.This paper employs literature research,historical analysis and interdisciplinary research to investigate high-quality employment for university graduates in the post-epidemic era.Based on Marx’s employment theory and the current employment situation in China,the dilemma of high-quality employment of college graduates in the post-epidemic era is analyzed to propose corresponding improvement measures.The employment situation of college graduates in the post-epidemic era is still very severe,which is mainly reflected in the imbalance between supply and demand in the employment market of college students,the increase of college graduates year by year and the increase of psychological pressure on graduates.Under this employment situation,there is a mismatch between the employability of college graduates and the employment needs of enterprises,which makes it difficult for graduates to find employment;at present,the employment guidance services of colleges and universities still need to be strengthened,and they do not provide graduates with effective employment guidance,which restricts the employment of graduates;although there are many documents involving employment policies for graduates since the outbreak of the epidemic,the publicity and supervision of employment policies are still not in place,resulting in graduates not having timely Although there are many documents concerning employment policies for graduates since the outbreak,the publicity and supervision of employment policies are still not in place,resulting in graduates not obtaining effective information in a timely manner.Graduates themselves are not sufficiently aware of the current employment situation,lack overall planning and have misconceptions about their career choices.This paper proposes some countermeasures to solve these employment dilemmas.Firstly,the employment system of college graduates should be optimized.Change the talent cultivation mode of colleges and universities to promote the convergence of talent demand;innovate the employment service mode for college graduates and optimize the employment service platform;promote precise assistance to college graduates to help them find full employment.Secondly,we should play government functions to stabilise the employment environment in the market.Fully explore graduate employment positions and make every effort to expand graduate employment;improve graduate employment laws and regulations to create a good employment environment;increase the publicity of graduate employment policies,which is conducive to good employment foundation work.Thirdly,we should enhance the employability of college graduates themselves.Give full play to the main role of graduates and establish a correct concept of employment;encourage graduates to be employed flexibly and diversify their employment;strengthen vocational skills training and make good career planning.These measures provide useful reference for further improving the post-epidemic era to achieve high-quality employment for college graduates. |
