| Higher vocational technical college is an important compartment of colleges and universities in our country. Higher vocational technical college graduates have numerous pressure on employment as same as other universities graduates, although in recent years increasing of the employment rate of graduates, but there are still that many problems must be resolved.This article attempts to explore ways of promoting the rate of employment of graduates from higher vocational technical colleges in the content of changing attitudes, and enhance the employability of graduates :Part I focusing on adjustment of the national employment policy of industrial structure and the characteristics of the knowledge economy era and etc ,explore to change their concept of higher vocational technical college graduates on importance of employment. Part II focusing on the analysis advanced vocational technical college graduates employment the situation and causes. The third part focusing on how to educate of the vocational and technical college graduates to establish new employment concept, and further enhance the employability, to step out of the difficult situation of employment.
