The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Employment Of Graduates From Heilongjiang Forestry Vocational And Technical College

With the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country,how to make higher vocational graduates employment,high quality is an important research subject worth exploring.This study through to the Heilongjiang province forestry vocational and technical college(hereinafter referred to as black as Lin yuan),analyzing the present situation and problems of employment to find existing problems,and analysis of the causes of the problem,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem,in order to improve the quality of black forest professional school graduate employment.This article first to define the concept of higher vocational graduates employment,as the body through the black forest school employment analysis of current situation and existing problems,mainly from the perspective of schools,graduates,the study of the following main problems: graduate employment rate,this area employment professing rate,graduates ShangGangLv directly,graduates job satisfaction,graduate employment rate.Through the analysis of the research on these issues,reached the conclusion that the school teaching reform,students' self-improvement and government policy support and social forces to actively promote three aspects together,eventually forming employment countermeasures,improve the quality of employment.
