This article uses method of present documents and materials , investigation method of the questionnaire , the interview method of expert and statistic method of mathematics and physics, adopt sampling method to select 14 higher normal colleges and schools and 566 students participating in teaching practice of autumn of 2005 in Hubei hierarchically, had carry on questionnaire investigation , visit and have an informal discussion to 36 team-lead teachers and 148 practise base 337 PE teachers in the past two years.Team-lead teacher's quality shown in the PE student teaching practice activity, is total psychological quality that determine the result of teaching practice, prominent influence intern's physical and psychological development on direct. Its content includes: thought quality, psychological quality, scientific and cultural qualities, body constitution, quality of public relations and innovative quality.Discover Hubei high teacher PE educate professional teaching practice team-lead teacher hold a part-time job primarily(mean , team-lead teacher , serve as team-lead teacher, at the same time undertakes original unit's teaching duty ), practise thought quality of PE teaching team-lead teacher in Hubei score higher wholly, but team-lead teacher's attention of the sport and care the resulting average of professional dedication is generally lower than their attention and care of the situation policy of students. Psychological quality is better, self-regulation ability is general;Body health status is not optimism, sports injury and fat influence team-lead teacher's work on a certain degree. The quality integral level of knowledge is relatively high, but the knowledge of sports teaching material and teaching method of middle school is not fully up to expectations. The integral level of the quality of public relations is relatively high, the ability to organize and automatic control ability are relatively strong;The integral level of innovative quality is relatively high.It put forwards the corresponding countermeasure properly: launch public relations knowledge and thematic lecture of skill or train, to team-lead teacher of high normal school PE teacher , investigate and join some activities of practise base irregularly and regularly, strengthen the contacts between university and practice base,,so as to raise and practise team-lead teacher's communication ability and ability of coordinate different relation. higher normal school PE teaching practice team-lead teacher represent the team of higher normal school PE teachers, exchange and cooperation should strengthen among every university, hold team-lead teacher experience exchanging meeting and carry on professionalism train so as to meet the need of PE teaching practice under the newsituation regularly within the specific limits;PE teaching practice team-lead teacher represent the teacher of higher school, they play a role that can't ignore in the teaching practise, propose they take full-time way , team-lead teacher management and practice rise of result in intern, appropriate increasing compared to the other teachers in calculation of work load can consider to team-lead teacher in case that they divided by worry;Higher school PE teaching practice teacher's health status is not optimist, propose they should all strengthen physical training and reduce the unnecessary dinner party regardless of teaching at school or during guiding students in practise base school, represent in front of all interns and teachers and students of practice school with plentiful energy and energetic enthusiasm.
