A Study of University Students' Information Literacy Instructional Design Model Which is Equal Priority on Learning and Instruction The development of the information technology and its extensive application in the field of education has greatly promoted the process of the educational informatization. Information literacy has become one of the basal abilities of each student. The instructional structure of the equal priority on learning and instruction has proved to be an effective approach on improving students'information literacy. Based on this actuality, this article puts forward university students'information literacy instructional design model which is Equal Priority on Learning and Instruction. The article starts with the actuality of the information literacy instruction. It analyzes the elements of the instructional process, puts forward an instructional design model and applies it in practice. In detail,it includes: firstly, objectively, information literacy has become the basic ability of university students, and it is also one of the aims of the ability education. On the bases of investigation on university students'information literacy, the article puts forward the conception that university students'information literacy instruction should use the instructional structure of the equal priority on learning and instruction. Secondly, it analyzes the basic theory about this instructional design model. Thirdly, the article constructs the university students'information literacy instructional design model which is equal priority on learning and instruction, and points out its feature,analyzes the elements in detail. Finally, it is put into instructional practice. By the analysis of its application effect, the article obtains the characteristic and shortage of the model and put forward the prospect and expectation.
