The production and development of aerobics origins from thehumanity's pursuit of physical health and beauty, its history is in closecorrelation with the human's aesthetic standard formation. As anemerging sport, the aerobics can develop quickly and be known to us allthe rage of the whole world, one important reason is that it can containthe unique esthetic value. To study the aerobics esthetic value, we mustlook at inevitably the essence by penetrating phenomenon. The purposeof understanding the aerobics is that it can improve and enhance the sport,at the same time, create the aerobics esthetic value for further, and satisfythe people' physiology and the psychological need. If we neglect theaerobics esthetic value, it will be able to cause the aerobics malformeddevelopment, reduce the aerobics potential of satisfying the people, andhinder healthy development of aerobics for further. The aerobics estheticexperience and the esthetic education function are the importantconstituents of aerobics esthetic value, therefore, the research on studyingthe aerobics esthetic experience and the esthetic education function hasimportant significance. Through the literature analysis, so far, we havenot seen the various academic reports to the aerobics esthetic experienceresearch, only have made the preliminary elaboration to the aerobicsteaching esthetic education function, but have not been able to conductthe thorough research to the aerobics esthetic education function frompopulace's angle. What's the inner link between the aerobics estheticexperience and the esthetic education function, and how to strengthen theesthetic experience to realize esthetic education function, and how topromote modern society spiritual civilization research they are one of themost key topics of aerobics esthetic research.The research mainly takes on the basis of esthetics,techuies,philosophy,psychology,sociology, and so on;and unifies the estheticsbasic principle and the aerobics movement practice organic in together;uses the literature material method,the expert interview method and thelogical induction method;carries on thorough discussion and analysis onthe aerobics esthetic experience and esthetic education function.The key problem of the research includes: (1) the aerobics estheticvalue;(2) the aerobics esthetic root;(3) the connotation of aerobicsesthetic experience, the generant level, three dynamic processes and thecharacteristic and influencing factors of aerobics esthetic experience;(4)the relations between the aerobics esthetic experience and estheticeducation function;(5)the approach to realizing aerobics estheticeducation function by strengthening aerobics esthetic experience in theaerobics activity.Under this research condition, obtains the main findings as follows:1. The aerobics esthetic experience, which aims at the aerobicsesthetic value experience, produces in the aerobics esthetic activity, itsessence lies in unceasing surmounting to own limitation.2. The root of aerobics esthetic experience includes the formalbeauty and connotative beauty. The formal beauty constitutes of theaerobics esthetic factor and its constitution principle: the aerobics estheticfactor contains the line and physique beauty, color beauty and the soundbeauty;the esthetic constitution principle includes neat consistence,balanced symmetry, consonant contrast, the rhythm and the diverseunification. The aerobics connotative beauty includes innovated beauty,changed beauty, natural beauty, the spiritual beauty and lives beauty.3. The aerobics has the function on cultivating the people'sesthetical ability, the esthetic connoisseurship ability, the esthetic creationability, training and figuring the perfect personality.4. The aerobics esthetic experience is the fountainhead of theesthetic education function, the aerobics esthetic education functioncannot be separated from the esthetic experience but independently toexist;The esthetic education function also reacts in the aerobics estheticexperience, It plays an important role in promoting the expansion anddeepening of the aerobics esthetic experience.5. In the aerobics esthetic activity, the one heart cannot concentrateon two things, putting oneself in another's place, positively seeks as wellas the emotional investment, which is the significant approach tostrengthening the aerobics esthetic experience and realizing estheticeducation function.
