Design And Implementation Of The Network Educational Resources Base Of The Middle And Primary Schools Based On Standardization

With the rise of campus network construction of national middle and primary schools, the building of online education resource is mentioned and put to the agenda , up till now the online education resource has made considerable progress in the middle and primary schools . The online education resource construction of the middle and primary schools must accord with the basic educational reform and the general plans of development , serve the general goal of quality-oriented education . In order to realize the goal that like this, accord with the construction of the educational information resources based on the demand of the basic education, it should be the norm. Through the survey of the network educational resources base which has developed ,we find that the standardization of the education resources base is not high ,there are big differences among middle and primary schools about their resources bases in system platform, database, ways of appearance. we can't accomplish the abundant share of resources , the utilization ratio of resources is relatively low.In 2001, our country established Chinese E-learning technology Standardization Committee (CELTSC ), put forward a more intact Chinese online educational technical standard system structure, including 27 sub standards, build and standardize the realistic meaning with significance to the network education resources base of middle and primary schools. According with "Learning Object Metadata " ," educational technical resource specification " ," teaching resource Metadata norm of basic education " we design the network educational resources base of the middle and primary schools. It is to serve the educational and teaching tasks , therefore its content and function should fully consider the demand of teaching ,make students , teachers and other educators obtain necessary information conveniently in time. In line with this purpose, we should plan the educational resource content according to the standard, describe resource attribute , build the studying environment based on resource, the platform which is built by the teachers and students together, set up perfect teaching resource appraising system , make educational resources shared among different educational resource administrative systems.
