In the seventeenth century, in Czech first propose the theory on classroom teaching. From then on, classroom-teaching become a basic teaching mode in different countries. Meanwhile, classroom management and classroom teaching come out together, which exist in the teaching field. Good classroom management is one of the keys on influencing teaching activities, which is a guarantee for achieving predicated teaching effects.At present, curriculum viewpoints on basic education cause the reform on classroom teaching objectives, students'study mode and assessment system, which will surely lead to the reform of the classroom management. From the view of the research both from domestic and abroad, we can sense the transformation from traditional teaching method to humanism that is harmonious management based on students'development.This essay is guided by "The Curriculums of Basic Educational Courses Reforms" and the scientific view of development, and it has applied the integrated system of educational psychology educational sociology, educational management, educational methodology and some other related knowledge. With the help of the former researches at home and abroad, and with a view to many problems in traditional classroom management, this essay pointedly puts tactics on person-centered harmonious classroom management .It provides many approaches to realize the most efficiency of classroom management and to promote a students'full development, such as creating active harmonious classroom environment, setting up harmonious learning atmosphere, eliciting learning motivation, changing teaching methods and learning strategies, mapping out rules and procedures of effective classroom and cultivating students'full development.This research is divided into five chapters:Chapter one: the introduction part briefly introduced background information of the research, its purpose and value. Furthermore, it generalizes the basic trend of classroom management research.Chapter two: definition of class and classroom management, its function and types.Chapter three: classroom management theories based on philosophy, sociology and management.Chapter four: problems on classroom management and investigation analysis on it, solutions to the existing problems.Chapter five: by establishing harmonious relationship between teachers and students, build good classroom management system, creating active harmonious classroom...
