With the gradual implementation of the national policy on the development of high-quality education,how to improve the quality of high school education has become the theme of basic education theory and practice research,and the training quality of art and sports students in senior high is the key factor to improve the quality of high school education.The behavior of art and sports students in senior high in classroom teaching seriously affects the classroom teaching quality.How to improve the classroom misbehavior of art and sports students in senior high to improve their education and teaching quality is an important issue to improve the quality of high school education.This paper takes the classroom misbehavior management of art and sports students in senior high school as the research theme,through the investigation of the current situation of art and sports students,teachers and headteachers in senior high in M county of G province.First,carry out a questionnaire survey and send out 142 questionnaires to understand the classroom misbehavior of art students in M county senior high from three aspects: personality type,behavior type and emotional type.The results show that the school exists: imperfect classroom behavior management mechanism,lack of self-management ability of art students,teachers do not pay enough attention to classroom behavior management,one-sided or simplified management style of professional teachers,and lack of humanistic care for students.Second,through interviews with teachers and headteachers in the art and sports class,we know that the specific reasons are: students' lack of self-discipline,students' lack of cognitive ability,students' superficial learning goals;classroom teaching methods are outdated or single,teachers' understanding of classroom management is not in place,unfair view of students;major changes have taken place in students' families,parents dote on their children too much,management is too loose,families are full of quarrels and fights,and so on.In order to better solve the problems existing in classroom misbehavior management of art and sports students in senior high and realize efficient classroom behavior management,this paper is based on goal management theory and humanistic teaching theory.The purpose of this paper is to explore the problem-solving strategies from four aspects:first,to establish the moral education assessment mechanism of students' goal management,formulate "one case form in a lifetime",and dynamically track and manage students.The second is to build a people-oriented classroom ecological management,to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students;the third is to strengthen teachers' responsibility and update the concept of classroom management;fourth,home-school collaborative management to promote the development of students.
