Affiliated with the Department of Civil Affairs,School J is responsible for the adoption and education of orphans in J Province.Working as an ordinary teacher in J school,the researcher found that there are many misbehaviors in orphans’ class.These incorrect behaviors disrupts class order and affects students’ learning and teachers’ teaching quality.As a front-line teacher,the author hopes to find management experience in dealing with students’ problematic behaviors in class.But studies on misbehaviors in orphans’ class are rather little.Therefore,the research will analyze inappropriate behaviors in orphans’ class and the causes and solutions.This research has been done in a qualitative way,mainly adopting methods of case investigation and interview.Research samples,Lisa and Billy have serious classroom improper behaviors,which are representative and different.After a long-term and thorough research on the two subjects,the researcher finds out the reasons of orphan students’ misbehaviors in class which are as follows:(1)students’ poor learning habits,negative attitudes,and desire for positive attention;(2)teachers inappropriate treatment of students’ problematic behaviors,lack of emotional education and limited class management ability;(3)students’ low sense of belonging to campus under environmental factors and peer support need to be strengthened.The above factors require School J and its teachers not to take the matter on its merits when it comes to problematic behaviors in class.Instead,teachers need to meet students’ reasonable demands of based on the analysis of question behaviors of orphan students in class,and take this opportunity to explore the positive psychology of orphan students and improve teachers’ management ability in class.Although students are the subject of misbehaviors in class,school and teacher should be responsible for guiding students how to behave in class because orphans are subject to the environment where they grow up and lack home education and self-discipline.For the reason,suggestions for both school and teacher are given.As for teachers,first of all,teachers need to help orphan students improve their learning ability and cultivate good learning habits;second,teachers should help students improve their sense of positive experience in class;third,teachers should state class disciplines;fourth,teachers should focus on creating a warm education environment to meet students’ emotional needs;fifth,teachers should improve their own management ability.As for school,it needs to adopt a variety of methods to increase orphan students’ sense of belonging to campus,give full play to the power of peers and reduce the occurrence of orphans’ classroom problem behavior.
