On Perfecting Allocation To Rural Compulsory Educational Resources In DongHai County JiangSu Province

Under the guidance of theory of scientific development and harmony society, rural education receives unprecedented concerns. More researches on perfecting rural compulsory educational resources are needed to conduct to improve the quality of compulsory education. This thesis is merely trying to explore perfecting rural compulsory educational resources in DongHai county JiangSu province. It is divided into four sections. In the first section, the author identifies the goals, strategy and methods for research.. In the second section, The current problems and its causes are pointed out through analyzing the current situation of the allocation to rural compulsory educational resources in DongHai county. The third section puts forward the aims, principles and methods of allocation to rural compulsory education resources in DongHai county. In the fourth section, according to the current situation of economic development in DongHai county, the author puts forward the realization of perfecting allocation to rural compulsory educational resources. That is, making education development plan scientifically, perfecting investment system of rural compulsory education, adjusting school distribution, optimizing resources among schools, deepening reform and reallocating teaching staff.
