Teachers play an important role in any country's educational reform. The teacher's specialization and the development of teacher's specialization have gradually become a focus that attracts the attention from not only the educatioal field but also the other fields of the society, among which the specialization and its development for children's teachers has been a hot topic. Therefore, the concern for the development of children's teacher's specialization is of significance both in theory and in practice.Based on 8 private-owned kindergartens in Jinchang, the study, by means of questionnaire, interview, observation and field work, explores the current situation, existing problems and the cause in the subject of children's teacher's specialization and the development in private-owned kindergartens in Jinchang. At the same time, the author puts forward corresponding advice and strategies in the study.The content of the study mainly concerns 3 aspects: the condition of children's teachers in private-owned kindergartens, the situation of their specialization development, and the training demand.The survey reflects the advantages of the chidren's teacher's in private-owned kindergartens in Jinchang in terms of specialization: 1. The majority of teachers are young; 2. They have strong sense of devotion; 3. They have strong desire for teacher training; 4. They have qualified special knowledge and abundant experience; 5. Teachers and students sustain good relationship.Meanwhile, the disadvantage is also indicated in the survey: 1. Unstable teacher stream; 2. High rate of qualified educational background , but lacking specilization; 3. Certain misunderstanding of education objective and inappropriate choice of teaching material; 4. Rigid teaching activity and guidance; 5. Lacking objective self-evaluation and self-reflection; 6. Insufficient further training.Based on the above survey and the analysis, the author proposes the following strategies:1.The administrative department in the government should reinforcemanagement and create harmonious atmosphere for teacher's specialization development. (1) Standadising the system of employing children's teachers; (2) Strenghening teacher training; (3)Popularizing the system of intellectual communication and undertaking specialized instruction; (4) Protecting teacher's legal rights; (5) Further aiding, guiding and assessing private-owned kindergartens.2. Kindergartens undertake scientific management, which helps to promote the development of teacher's specialization. (1) Providing favourable treatment to keep a stable team of teachers; (2) Providing various opportunities for teacher training; (3) Altering administrative method and creating favourable atmosphere for development.3. It is necessary to conduct teacher training, generating the development of teacher's specialization. A teacher (1) should possess consciousness for individual development; (2) is supposed to possess consistently developing field knowledge; (3) is able to clearly judge the developing phases for himself/herself; (4) is able to evaluate himself/herself objectively; (5) should form reflecting habit; (6) should learn to cooperate and seek academic support actively; (7) should conduct scientific study and become one of scientific typed teachers.4. It is advisable to strengthen the propaganda and promote the cooperation between kindergartens and families,, hence promoting the development of kindergarten teacher's specialization.
