In recent years, our privately-run schools developed rapidly, has becomean important part of the socialist cause of education.As the backbone of theprivate education private kindergarten, and its development is quite rapid.With the increasing number of private kindergartens, private kindergartensDevelopment has become the pre-school field is the subject of great concern.In this study, a literature, field survey, questionnaire and interview survey ofthe four kindergartens in the central area of the Dohe district, its the quality ofpark management, and teaching level, try the Dohe district Private EarlyChildhood some description of the status.Four kindergartens in the basic situation, the situation of teachers,enrollment, kindergarten management, combined with the development of theprivate kindergarten I learned, and private kindergarten in faster developmentat the same time there are also many problems. Based on the findings fromthis study that the main factors restricting the development of privatekindergarten teacher, financial issues, social issues and managementmechanism is not perfect. The quality of teachers include: weak teachers; thebenefits cause instability in the teachers; teachers in post training are noteffective; non-early childhood education teachers undertake highlyspecialized early childhood teachers. The funds include: the treatment of lackof funds, teachers can not lead to instability in the faculty; The social issuesinclude: the government can not be treated equally, the public park andprivate garden and private park in the unequal development of the situation;the implementation of the policy in place to support efforts to almost zero.To solve the above problem, this study proposes the followingsuggestions. Management mechanism is not perfect and include: relevantdepartments bull management; private kindergarten internal management and lack of democratic mechanisms. Government should make a difference:strengthening the propaganda of the relevant laws and regulations; theestablishment of a sound private early childhood education regulatoryagencies; to implement non-discriminatory policy of private kindergarten andpublic kindergartens; according to the law to protect the legitimate rights andinterests of the private kindergarten teachers; to optimize the survival anddevelopment of the private kindergarten environment; strengthen scientificresearch and exchange of information. Private kindergarten should work: theestablishment of an excellent team of teachers; adhere to the characteristics ofthe road of development, gradually improve the quality of education, to createa private early childhood education brand; the establishment of a modernnursery management system; open office park, resource sharing, theformation of the same industry. kindergarten concept of commondevelopment. Through the implementation of the above measures, cancontribute to a private kindergarten healthy, orderly and standardizeddevelopment.
