| The phenomenon of breaking rules in Lanzhou Agriculture School is becoming more and more serious in recent years. Grave rule-breaking events often happen and the number has been going up year after year. The campus violent events like gang war, bullying weak and young students, blackmailing, destroying public property, which mainly are done by the informal groups of bad students, have been increasing. Some groups have reached the extent of endangering school and society. Some more serious ones have become the gangs with mob character. They have disturbed school's normal study and life order, influenced students' body and mind health, the impression is very bad.
