As a spontaneous group,informal groups are formed naturally based on the existence of a special relationship or psychological needs between people.Members trust each other,support each other,and are bound by the agreed norms of group behavior.The informal group of junior high school students is an important form of junior high school students ’interaction in the context of school education.It is an objective existence in the world of junior high school students’ daily life.Peer influence is the most important source of influence on the development of middle school students.What are the current situation and development trends of the informal groups of junior middle school students under the new situation,what are the changes in group characteristics and forms of expression,what are the main internal reasons for their formation,and how to take more effective measures to educate and guide them? This paper is intended to be an in-depth study of the problem.The study of the phenomenon of informal groups of junior high school students will accurately grasp the formation mechanism,group characteristics,development trends,and influence on education and teaching,and will guide the practice of middle school education management activities,improve the effectiveness of class management and education effectiveness,and overcome the negative impact of informal groups.To give full play to their positive role in helping young people to grow up healthily in a collective atmosphere full of positive energy,so that they can gradually form a correct world Outlook,outlook on life and values,and become a person who has achieved mental health,physical strength,and individual specialty.It is of great practical significance for the implementation of the fundamental task of the Lide Shuren in the new era.It is also of theoretical significance to expand the theory of informal group research and to enrich the study of informal group education strategies of junior high school students.This paper takes a middle school in Changsha city as the research object,surveys and interviews the students in the second grade,junior high school teachers and some parents ’representatives respectively,and makes statistical analysis of the survey data and the content of the interview.This paper has understood their cognition,participation and intervention in the informal group of junior middle school students,and systematically summarized and summarized the current situation,causes of formation,group characteristics,and the impact on theclass and individual students.The study found that the formation of informal groups of junior high school students can basically be attributed to similar stages of physical and mental development and personality characteristics.The group has characteristics such as spontaneity,coordination,instability,and authoritative core figures.According to different standards,groups can be divided into multiple types.,This paper puts forward four educational countermeasures.That is,raising awareness of the informal group,focusing on the education of the core people,strengthening the cohesion of the formal group,school,family,social networking,through the establishment of special task groups and regular parent school community joint meetings system and the participation of students in the informal group The organizational situation includes such aspects as comprehensive quality evaluation and other long-term mechanisms for establishing management coordination,with a view to strengthening the effective education and scientific management of informal group organizations for junior middle school students in order to make informal groups an organic supplement to formal group organizations.Working with formal group organizations to provide a good environment for students to grow up and promote students ’healthy growth has helped..
