There are some small groups of "three or five groups" in the class,which are formed spontaneously because their status,age,interests,similar values and behavior are generally in the same way,they are no defined groups and they need to be maintained by emotion.They are called informal groups.They are ubiquitous and have a great influence on the development and management of classes.Educators transform and manage different types of informal groups,firstly,it can reduce the negative impact of informal groups on the class,create cultivate excellent groups.Secondly,the correct management countermeasures of educators can help the informal group members to develop physically and mentally,to grow up in a group which is full of positive energy,and become qualified socialist successors in the new era.So how to properly transform and manage informal groups is an important subject that the class teachers and teachers need to face.In this paper,58 students from Class S,Grade 2,E Middle School,Y County,Xinjiang were selected as the research objects,and the social measurement method of Moreno was used to measure the interpersonal relationship within the class to determine the informal group.The research also uses observation method,interview method and case method to deeply understand and analyze the characteristics and management status of active,intermediate and passive informal groups,as well as the management existing problems and causes.The purpose of this paper is to help head teachers and teachers guide and manage different types of informal groups,so as to cultivate their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity better and realize students' self-value.According to the characteristics,management problems and causes of the three types of informal groups,the educational management countermeasures of this study are as follows: for the active informal group,the head teacher management countermeasures:appoint the active informal group,moderately motivate the group,building a “learning organization” and pay attention to the cultivation of core figures.Management countermeasures for teachers: comprehensive management in class and after class,understanding and guiding active informal groups.For the intermediate informal group,the head teacher transformation and management countermeasures: pay more attention to the group members,fully mobilize their enthusiasm,create opportunities for members to show themselves,and help the group to achieve self-management.Transformation and management countermeasures of teachers: caring and guiding groups,strengthening gratitude education.For negative informal groups,the head teacher's transformation and management countermeasures: reforming group goals,perfecting class rules,dealing with events openly and fairly,paying attention to management and cultivating "core characters".Transformation and management countermeasures of teachers: to enhance discipline management,trust members and strengthen psychological counseling,help the head teacher to achieve disintegration and separation,deepen the knowledge of the course,cultivate sentiment.Suggestions for school management of informal groups are as follows: first,provide a platform for informal groups to actively participate in activities;second,implement labor education;third,do well work between class teachers and parents;fourth,carry out psychological counseling;fifth,strengthen the construction and rectification of campus environment.
