Whatever we do, we should pay attention to the method. If we get the proper method, we can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Also good methods are very interesting. How to study is a kind of method, as well as science. Teaching the students how to study is the teachers' responsibility, as well as knowledge. The ancients said," Teaching how to fish is better than giving a fish. " In the mathematics teaching of the senior high school, the teachers carry on the learning instruction to the students, which is the request of the development of the society and the new curriculum criterion of the senior high school. What's more, it is the important means of training the students' ability of mathematics study. It is also an important path of improving mathematics teaching quantity. This article takes the lifelong education thought as the principle, and it is based on the view of the construction mathematics, the characteristics and regulation of mathematics study of the senior high school, the original cognizance theory and the view of system theory. The practice elements come from the instruction of solid geometry teaching. Aiming at improving the students' makings of mathematics and the creativity, the passage delved the principle, contents and the strategy of learning instruction.The basic principles of the mathematics learning instruction are as follows: the first one is pertinence principle which focuses on the characteristic of subject and get suitable to the students. The second is the principal principle which fulfills student's main status while helping the students forming the good habit. The third is practical principle whichcenters on applying into practice after summary. The fourth is utility principle whose key is to make it available. The fifth is the character principle which stirs up the students' interest and get them to form good character. The sixth is the principle of following in proper sequence which advises to implement separately and advance gradually. By analyzing the system of mathematics learning in senior high school, we can make sure the contents of the mathematics learning instruction is that: optimize the motive system of mathematics study; enhance the student's performance systemof mathematics study; improve control system of mathematics. Combining the teaching practice of analytical geometry, this article puts forward the implement strategy of instruction of mathematics study: penetrate the principle of mathematics study towards the students; instruct the students how to study; help the students form the better non-intellect factor; develop the student's original cognizance level; present the instruction of mathematics study ; raise the extent of students' participation ; keep the teaching and instruction in harmony and instruct the solution of students' query.Nobody can avoid choosing the learning method as long as you study. The teacher of mathematics not only needs to study mathematics teaching method, but also needs to study the mathematics learning, we should make the education of mathematics learning a long-term mission.
