Time flies as white horse running. 20 century has become the past in a twinkle. Looking back and nowadays, much feeling comes into my mind. Setting up from 1949, new China has passed a winding bumpy road and the historical education of new China also move towards maturation step by step under the baptism of hardships.For a subject, half century's education is not long. While the history of decade is especially short. However ten years historical education after new China's building has established foundation of middle school historical education and has it preliminary gone to the right path. Looking back and summarizing that history for how to absorb foreign culture correctly in present reforming and opening up and carry out the reform, research and teaching of current historical course have great meaning. Though domestic and international have research Chinese education a lot but there are not many people to research this ten years' historical education so it remains a lot of spaces to discuss and research. This paper want to analysis its install from course, teaching text, teaching method and such aspects to search its trace, probe its law, to offer useful reference for present historical teaching.October 1, 1949, new China was born in the east of world, people who suffered from the disaster have overthrown imperialism, feudalism andbureaucratic capitalist under the leading of the Commuist Party of China, and have gotten great victory to found the People's Republic of China. Setting up PRC marked China have entered into a new history development period. Chinese education have also entered into a new period. The first 3 years after PRC built, our main task is to continue complete new-democratic revolution, that is to realize the unification of nation-wide besides Taiwan, to carry out extensive democratic reform. While successfully resisting US aggression and aiding Korea to defend our country, we realized the development and the revival of the national economy. In 1952, we put forward the total route of transition, and when to 1956, most area of our country have realized the socialist transform of agriculture, handicraft and capitalist industry and commerce, have been completed step by step from the new-democratic to socialist. In 1953, the economic construction of the first Five-Year plan of our country has begun. In September 1956,the 8th representative of the Communist Party of China motioned that the basic task of whole people was to protect and develop productivity under new production relation. Therefore concentrate force to develop productivity, realize industrialization, satisfy people's increasing material and cultural needs gradually, has become the major fight goal for whole people. In 1958 we entered the second Five-Year plan development period. May 1958 the 8th representative of the Communist Party of China 2th meeting have passed through " drumenough vigour, endeavor to gain the upper hand, save quickly well, build socialism "this total route. Ministry of education leading by the" left "ideas also advance rashly, make boastful winding everywhere, the development of education has arisen winding, educational quality drop rapidly. So as to 1961 it had to carry out one large-scale adjustment. From 1958 to 1960, education developed so blindly that various "reform "had to executive and raised a "big educational revolution" ,which is called "education leap forward" . During this period because of lacking of the socialist construction's experiences, we learned hard from the Soviet who aided us, and upsurge a current, while as the relation between China and Soviet deterioration, and study Soviet's sound become weak till disappear. This period reform and the development of historical education is combination with above-mentioned historical process.
