Teachers are basic elements to make up the organization system. The focuses that educational administrators have been concerning are how to fully dig the potential of the teachers in modern school system so as to improve the quality of the teachers' work force and how to optimize the structure of the teacher resources so as to reform the organization and management of the teacher resources. The conducts we mention here are to make the teacher resources combine with the actuality of the school organically, to offer the survival and development of the school system maximum human resources. In fact, studying the problem of optimizing the structure of the teacher resources in school has strong reality and urgency, because it can influence both the sustainable development of the school and of the individual teacher. The goal of the optimizing the teacher resources is to bring every teacher's function into play furthest after reasonably setting up efficient institutional framework and reasonable combination of human resource. The existing information shows that when we Chinese educationists study the rationality of the teacher resources' structure in school system, we always rely on the single factor of the research, but sometimes ignore all-around factors (three-dimensionality). This study takes the case about GQ secondary school in Z city as our background, utilizes the method of three-dimension to research. I find that the teacher resources in this school has serious irrationalities on sex structure, age structure, native place, the title of a technical post on school's macroscopical lay and subject group's microcosmic lay. These irrationalities incorporates on the following : the unbalance of sex and age in the technical post, the unbalance of sex and technical post in educational level, the unbalance of sex and teach age in teaching and research group ,the unbalance of zone in school and teaching and research group. Aiming at these disfigurements and combining with the request for the construct of the teacher resources in modern school system, we should supply four points to remedy to the educational decision-maker in intending collocate and development of teacher resources: Firstly, establishing the self-contained human resources planning; Secondly, consummating the flow mechanism of teacher resources; Thirdly, advancing the degree of satisfaction of the teachers properly; Fourthly, building the effective organizing cultural of the school. Thus can make the structure of the school's human resources match the goal of running a school and development strategy well, and obtain the perfect structure of person with ability which matches the school system, ensure the human resource of the school system can continually develop more effectively.
