In the second decade of the 21 st century,business competition has become increasingly fierce,and the acquisition of corporate core competitiveness has increasingly depended on corporate human resource management.The transformation of human resources management from traditional personnel management to human resources strategic management is an irreversible trend.The formulation and implementation of human resources strategy and planning has gradually been recognized and adopted by Chinese companies.With the integration of China's economy and the world economy,China's enterprises are also faced with a global business environment,especially the talent environment,and human resources management has also risen to the level of corporate strategic management,and has been valued by more and more companies..At the same time,in order to realize the requirements for the coordinated development of human resources proposed by the Party's Nineteenth Congress report,this paper will not only greatly enhance the overall human resources management level of JXRL,but also improve the overall human resources management system of JXRL.The construction of human resources management system of other enterprises in our country has certain guidance and reference significance.JXRL is the earliest and largest scale specialized,standardized and humanized enterprise engaged in the development of human resources services in Jiangxi Province.Its assets,profits,taxes,and dispatched personnel are listed in the same industry in the province.First,ranking the top 100 in the country.As a company that specializes in the development of human resources services,JXRL provides professional labor dispatch services for companies in the province,central China,and even across the country.The corporate brand is getting louder and louder.In recent years,with the constant changes in the domestic economic situation and the development of the industry,JXRL companies have also gradually faced new development issues.Among them,the disadvantages of the administrative system and the relatively lagging human resources management system have become particularly prominent.How to solve the problem of human resources management brought about by the government-enterprise integration system has become a problem that companies urgently need to solve.This article first uses the literature research method,collects and combs the domestic scholar's related research report and thesis on human resources management,and the foreign scholars' research on human resources.At the same time,combined with the case analysis method,the current situation of human resource management in JXRL was selected as an analysis case to conduct an in-depth analysis of the human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.The study found that JXRL's human resources management issues include lack of highly educated personnel,inefficient recruitment and appointment processes,lack of competitive compensation,relatively limited performance appraisal methods,ignorance of employees' mental health management,and inadequacy of training mechanisms.In particular,JXRL lacks a corporate culture that can influence the values of employees and corporate identity.At the same time,taking the existing successful experience of human resources management as a reference,combined with the characteristics of human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,combined with the actual situation of JXRL company,it has targeted and optimized the human resources management optimization for such small and medium-sized enterprises.Suggestions and methods.Improvement measures such as improving the company's organizational structure,setting up deputy general managers and the merger and reorganization of functional departments;optimizing the recruitment and appointment of employees;optimizing and completing the remuneration management system to embody equal and differential compensation designs;optimizing performance management The system attaches importance to the follow-up management of performance evaluation;and establishes a corporate culture management suitable for SMEs.The research perspective selected in this paper will be of reference value for any enterprises that need to improve the level of human resource management,especially for some small and medium human resources services companies.The establishment of modern enterprise human resource management model has great challenge for enterprises.Through the implementation of human resource management,it will help enterprises to improve the level of human resources management quickly and accelerate the formation of modern enterprise human resource management model.In addition,limited to the time and the actual discourse right to the human resource management of JXRL company,although the company's human resource management is deeply analyzed and the optimization suggestions are put forward,it does not really talk about these optimization proposals put into practice.Therefore,it is not possible to systematically observe the effect of the proposed human resource optimization and improvement plan on the case company.
