The competition and development of contemporary society lies in the competition and development of talents.The quality of talents determines the comprehensive strength of the country.Human resources work plays a decisive role in the quality assurance of talents.Therefore,the society and the country attach more and more importance to human resources work.With the continuing implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents,the relationship between higher education and economy,science and technology and society is closer.Institutions of higher learning are an important part of public institutions in China.As a place of training and gathering talents,they undertake the important mission of teaching,educating and scientific research,which determines whether higher education can play a role.The core advantages of the development of universities are human resources in universities,and the allocation,quality and structure of human resources in universities are determined.It determines the vitality and level of development of universities,which is also directly related to the level of economic and social development of the country.According to the common problems existing in the structure of human resources in Colleges and universities,this paper uses four methods of literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and SWOT to analyze the changes of the structure of human resources in SJ University in recent five years.Drawing lessons from relevant excellent research results and combining with modern human resources management concept,this paper studies the existing problems of human resources structure in SJ University in recent five years from three dimensions: age,educational background and professional title.At the same time,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the problems existing in the internal and external environment of SJ University's human resources structure.It points out that SJ University has inaccurate positioning,inadequate human resources allocation and mobility,poor human resources maintenance and development and lack of effective incentive mechanism.Five optimization suggestions are put forward for specific problems,and the optimization direction of human resources structure in SJ University is clarified.It has guiding significance for the construction of human resources team in SJ University.
