Problems do exist in the mathematics learning and teaching in the secondary vocational schools. Among the reasons are poor qualities of the students and lack of management in the mathematics learning and teaching. With more and more students' prefering to go to high schools, the qualities of the freshmen attending the secondary vocational schools are becoming poorer and poorer, which results in the situation that the more there are the students of poor qualities in the secondary vocational schools, the more tired the mathematics teachers are. With the purpose to change the situation and improve the learning and teaching qualities, the author set the task of study and practice of the mathematics learning management in the secondary vocational schools, basing on the investigation of the freshmen of year 2000 of the school where the author works.With Constructivism, the teaching theory of difference and the mathsmatics learning meaning as direction, the mathsmatics learning management is monitoring of the procedure of the students' learning mathsmatics, which works together with qualities education.During the author's managing of the students' learning mathsmatics in the secondary vocational schools, the author pay attention to performing teaching practice in helping learning, directing learning and accelerating learning and offering different requirements according to different students. Meanwhile, the efficiency of the managing measures is also taken into consideration.With the mathematics learning management going, the author communicate with the students, make paper investigations, collect the parents' feedback and study the results of the students, from which we find the students achieve different goals and make different progress.
