Self management is the process of personal learning,life and other aspects of management.It is a process for individuals to manage and control themselves in a certain way and to achieve their established life goals.Self management ability refers to the ability of an individual to control his or her own performance in a planned and organized way according to the established goals according to his or her own initiative.Health vocational education is currently one of the essential components of the occupation education structure in our country.It has important promoting effect on the economic development of our country.The students will learn how to apply medical theory and technology to solve the health problems of patients and their relatives under the new health industry situations.Vocational students principally need to have self psychological connotation and self-directing ability,which is lacked generally nowadays due to social,family and other complicated reasons.For the vocational nurse students,they will serve patients in their future work.With the requirements for occupational nursing increasing from the society,the nursing workers need not only good nursing techniques but also lofty professional quality.This is also a characteristic for the nursing profession.Thus,self-management training is necessary and remarkably important for the vocational nurse students,as should be the core part of students' education at school.This study will be carried out in the following process: status quo investigation,performance of the self management ability,cause analysis,countermeasure formulation and evaluation,takes the vocational nursing students' self-management ability training as an example in the Shandong Province Yantai Nursing School.Firstly,questionnaire survey will be launched between the new students at their initial entrance to the Shandong Province Yantai Nursing School.Status quo will be investigated in five aspects: independent learning management,self target management,time management,emotional management and interpersonal management.Summarizing the above information,the existing problem of the self-management ability of the secondary vocational nursing students will be analyzed.For the generally existing problems,the possibly related factors will be searched through the students themselves,their family,feeder school and the surrounding social environments.The existing problems and related factors for the problem formation will be analyzed.The experimental group includes Class 1,2 and 3,while the comparing group includes Class 4-9 in the Grade 2015.For the students in the experimental group,the education pathway,which mainly focuses on the students' self-management ability cultivation mode,is the main function.For the students of the experimental group,Students in the experimental group will be trained accordingly;On this basis,the correspondingmeasures are formulated for students' personality characteristics and their existing problems.Fully mobilize the students' own subjective initiative and exploit students' inner potential.To strengthen the supervision of students,and communicate with parents and other ways to cultivate students' self-management ability.while the comparing group will follow the normal school administration.Two years later,the two groups of students were evaluated and compared in their self-management abilities.Evaluate the training effect.Take the self-management education training model formulated by the school as the main action,fully mobilize the initiative of students,tap their inherent potential,strengthen their mutual supervision and the communication with their parents.These will be effective approaches to train the students' self-management ability.The cultivation of the corresponding self-management ability of students' demands for nursing professional posts will be strengthened.Attention and support on the secondary vocational nursing cultivation from the society and govern ment will be strengthened.Thus the comprehensive quality for the future nursing work will be improved.This study will also help to promote the innovation and improvement of the training mode of talents in secondary health vocational education.
