The Research Of Teachers' Educational Reform In Humanism Tendency

Humanism tendency is one of the world trends and tide of teachers' educational development. It's also a need and direction in our teachers' educational reform. Based on lots of reference materials and documents, this research is carried out by the methods of theoretical studies, comparisons and educational investigation, systematicly showing the basic theory of thoughts, opinions and the tendency of teachers'educational humanism. It points out the original theoretical relations among these three and analyses some main trends of this reform at home and abroad. By analysing the nowadays situations, the author uses the experience of other countries educational reforms and development for reference, tries to value the humanism tendency and sets off pondering and discussions in teachers' per-education and post-education. In the essay the following explorations of such problems are put forward as setting up new models of fostering teachers' humanism, strenghtening the development in humane accomplishment of the normal school students and improving the phenomenon that theory is divorced from practice. Some suggestions are also made to build the further educational system for the secondary and elementary school teachers, including, improving the educational autonomous ability of the teathers in position, building up the system of further educational courses which is based on human, setting up the humanism training models for the teachers, improving their professional standards, establishing polynomial evaluation system and creating better studying and working environment for them. At last, the author suggests ensuring the teachers' educational humanism in order to nurture the teachers of high quality to adapt for the demands of new century's education.
