XU Te-li(1877-1968),formerly known as MAOXun,who was born in Shanhua city Hunan province.(now in Jingbei town Xingsha city).As an Outstanding Chinese revolutionaries and educator in the 20 th century,later generations called him "modern saint." The establishment of schools for the revolution,from him out of the students,for later revolution and cultivate a large number of talents for national construction,MAO zedong,tien han is one of a number of celebrities were once his students.As a typical representative of the modern Chinese educator,he dedicated his life to China's education modernization,the transformation of the old education to meet the new education in China has made an outstanding contribution.In this establishment of all kinds of schools,normal schools as an important part of the flashing dazzling brilliance.Of teacher education in normal education practice,will have unique insights,affirmation and attention to normal education,put him in the important role of education "machine tool".As a proletarian educator,XU Te-li combining marxist view of normal education teaching methods and basic principles.As a teacher,teaching more than 70 years on the view of teachers,will in order to "seek truth from facts" as the main line for training teachers' professional ethics requirements and specifications,and which contains the thinking of education modernization.This study uses historical research,literature studies,and comparative research methods to discuss the idea of the normal education life and normal education of XU Te-li.This normal education thought is the guide of correct political,combining Chinese and western beneficial experience,and formed in the long-term teaching practice of normal education theory.In studying this story background and experiences growing up on the basis of the normal education activities of logic and the normal education thought on the analysis of historical data and related writings and the normal education practice in hunan period,Soviet area period,yanan period,as a context for the four period after the founding of the comb.In education practice,cultural origin and background factors,under the function of this period from the "saving country through education",to "red educator".Article probes into the basic content of this normal education thought,from the personnel training,construction of spiritual civilization,national civilized and cultural science development four aspects discusses the status and importance of normal education,expounds the XU Te-li teachers' view,discusses this ideas about teachers' status and role,the view of the construction of the moral standards of teachers' moral cultivation and as well as the construction of teachers' professional ethics and virtue in the point of view,such as the practice teaching innormal education and discuss this point of view,this training task and requirements to the teachers' teaching practice at all levels.The idea of education is the foundation and the driving force for the modernization of education,which is of guiding significance to the modern reform of education today.In the view of education modernization,this paper expounds the thoughts of education,education,education,education,quality,education,etc.This normal education thought in today's teacher education reform in China has important implications,in beginning moment of education modernization,normal education because of its own particularity,normal education modernization should be attention,education of TAO Xing-zhi,XU Te-li and others reflect the brilliance of the modernization of education.It is because of their preparation that the modern process of education has evolved to this day.So there is a reason for us to learn from our predecessors and to succeed.
