Work values is the stable component in one's philosophy, which will influence the attitude to job and the vocational behavior. The measurement of work values is to reveal the structure of work values, namely the demand related with the work and the requirement of work characters. The measurement of vocation interest is to evaluate the type of one's vocation preference. Research of work values combined with vocation interest will enhance the instruct effect. So this research reveals structure of work values of the students in campus currently, analysis the difference of work values for people with different background, then indicates the relationship between work values and vocational interest. The purpose of this research is to advance the research of work values and offer some useful advice for the department of education and enterprises.Combined with Wu tiexiong and Supper's work values questionnaire, we explore a work values questionnaire which is suitable for the real situation in China, through the steps of consulting the experts, item analysis, factor analysis and the analysis of validity and reliability. The questionnaire includes six scales and twenty six items. The result indicates that the students in campus pay the most attention to scale of organizational security, then self-realization, interpersonal relationship, self-growth, and the entertainment, they pay the least attention to the social values. The author finds that the female pay more attention to organizational security and entertainment scales than the male; the students of junior school pay more attention to organizational security and the commies take more care to social value than the comsomols.The correlation analysis reveals that there are different extent correlation between work values and vocational interest. The later regression analysis indicate that the organizational security, self-realization, self-growth and social value could predict the shaping of some kinds of vocational interest, and the scale of interpersonal relationship and entertainment have no remarkable influence to vocational interest.
