Work values are an important part of professional education,and correct work values are the basis for the successful employment of secondary school students in the future.Secondary school students are at the critical stage of the development of work values.Studying the current situation and influencing factors of secondary school students' work values is the premise to develop work values education and promote their healthy development.The promotion factors in education in shandong province occupy the main position,the work values education needs to be improved and the work values of secondary school students in shandong province are particularly noteworthy.In this study,the author studied the work value scale of secondary school students and investigated 1,265 valid samples from 2 junior high schools and 2 senion high schools in zouping county,binzhou city,shandong province.At the same time also combines the interview method,literature research and other research methods to explore the present situation of secondary school students' work values and influence factors,to bring forward some proposals for optimization of secondary school students' work values,for the present state advocates of professional experience and other activities.A total of six chapters are presented in this study.The detailed structure is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter introduces the origin and significance of the study,the literature review of the work values,the methods and technical routes of this study,and defines the two core concepts of "work values" and "secondary school students".The second chapter is research design.This part introduces the research objectives,contents,research hypotheses,research objects and research tools.This chapter focuses on the research objectives and contents,and compiles the work value scale of secondary school students in shandong province.The scale has good reliability and validity,and consists of six factors: interpersonal relationship,economic stability,social status,career development space,leisure comfort and ability to play.The third chapter is the research findings.This chapter discusses the characteristics of secondary school students' work values.The study found that secondary school students' work values are in the overall secondary level,and the most important is interpersonal relationship.There was no significant difference in the six dimensions of work values among secondary school students of different genders.Different grade,the household register,grades and parents' education,housework,participation frequency,family economic level,frequency,parents receive work values education and support for the work condition of sample between only children and the only children in the section dimension of work values appeared significant difference.The fourth chapter is the influence factor of the work values of secondary school students.This chapter combines interviews the reasons behind the analysis of the current situation of secondary school students' work values,work values by summing up out of the secondary school students in shandong province individual psychological factors(self-efficacy)stage characteristics,environmental adaptability,psychological development,family factors(housework,family economy,family atmosphere,parents' education,parents' vocational values education),school factors(school of vocational values education,the examination system),the influence of social factors(culture,living environment).The fifth chapter is the suggestion of secondary school students' work values education in Shandong province.This chapter puts forward the following suggestions on how to promote the healthy development of secondary school students' work values in Shandong Province based on previous studies: Parents should make reasonable arrangements for housework;Create a good family atmosphere;Have a positive career edification;Match school education.The school should implement the professional values education;Strengthen psychological health counseling for secondary school students.the government should strengthen the supervision of new media;Optimize resource allocation;Comprehensive implementation of quality education;Build Bridges between businesses and schools;Create a positive employment atmosphere.In addition,government,family and school should also pay attention to the localization of education.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and reflection of the research.This chapter summarizes the previous research conclusions,reflects on the deficiencies of the research,and puts forward the research prospect.
