The Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Contemporary College Students’ Vocational Values

Along with the social reform and rapid economic development, it is the growing number of graduates that the problems of being difficult in choosing and getting a job become one of the contemporary major question needed to be solved. College students who are the main group of social construction and the backbone of the country’s prosperity,are responsibility for the future and the hope of the motherland. If we can not efficiently solve the problem of employment of college students, it will cause the waste of human resources of college students as well as pave the way for the future disaster of motherland. While, the vocational values of contemporary college students is one of the important factors influencing the contemporary graduate employment.The vocational values of contemporary college students refers to the attitudes and perceptions of contemporary college students..College students as an individual, his vocational values influence are different, of course, there are also some problems. Factors influencing contemporary vocational values are in many aspects:social factors, family factors, school factors, personal factors and so on many factors, so that it is one of the most important reasons for difficult employment. To solve this problem is to correctly grasp the current situation of vocational values of contemporary college students, and analyze the existing problem, at the same time work out the influencing factors of contemporary college students’ occupation values. According to influencing factors of the vocational values, with the purpose of guiding college students to correctly recognize the society, understanding the employment situation, we should make sure they set up correct vocational values in order to adapt to the needs of the new era of development. This is the reason, this research at the same time, has an positive influence in correctly guiding the vocational value concept of contemporary college students.This research is referenced on previous theoretical research and empirical research. Combining theory with practice research, regarding a total of 131 college students of as the research object, in Dalian Maritime University, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian Light Industry Institute. Reference Super professional values inventory and adapted in combination with the practical situation of the current status of occupational values inventory, analysis using Spss19.0 software package to the situation of the professional values of contemporary college students and influence factor of single factor analysis of variance.. Firstly, it is introduced briefly on the research background, research significance, research contents and methods.Secondly, the research status at home and abroad are reviewed in this paper. Thirdly, on the basis of design in combination with the previous and the issuance of vocational values questionnaire. Finally, the Dalian city college students vocational values present situation and influence factors were analyzed with spss 19.0 sofeware analysis, it turns out that influnencing factors of occupation value being put forward are not influenced in all dimension. According to the results, it makes some suggestions to guide contemporary college students vocational values.
