The Study On Present State Of College Students With Financial Difficulties And Sponsor Policies Schooling

With the deepening of the reforming in our college education system, especially, with the reforming of tuition system of college, the phenomenon of college students with financial difficulties are increasingly prominent and number is gradually increasing.To help college students with financial difficulties, our state department has established series of related sponsor policies, national scholarship policy, national loan policy for schooling, jobs for schooling policy, subsidy for special difficulties policy, tuition lightening and exempting policy and green passage policy. All these policies to some extent have indeed solved some problem. However, there is deficiency existing in the process of implementing the policies. Considering the helping process, scholarship, loan and job-offering policies do not have many side effects, however, the number of grantees is limited owing to lack of money, which, together with the imperfectness of the individual credit system and lack of jobs available, as a result, causes the inefficiency of these policies. Subsidy for special difficulties policy and tuition lightening and exempting policy has such bad effects on the students as cultivating their spiritual state of depending on others and increasing their psychological burden. All these calls on us to go on reforming and innovating college sponsor system so as to build and perfect it.The final solution of college students with financial difficulties depends on the cooperation of government, college and society in various ways and arrangements. Firstly, we should establish feasible policy and increase the input for advanced education; Secondly we should consolidate the improvement of the individual credit system and accelerate the implemention of loan policy; Thirdly, we'd better ask for social support to widen the jobs available for schooling; Fourthly, we should actively make teaching reform and build elastical study system; Fifthly, we ought to work out altogether and combine the sponsor policy with college students installment policy. Finally, we must reinforce ideological education of the students and better the mental guidance of students with financial difficulties. At same time, we should appropriately deal with the relationship between development and stability and between ultimate goal and present goal. In addition, we should exert the enthusiasm of government, society and university accumulate all the resoureces concerning with the college students with financialdifficulties and combine self-saving with others-saving. Only in this way, can we find a better solution to the problem of college students with financial difficulties.
