The globalization, informatization, pluralism of values, physical and mental features of contemporary young people, and current situation of the development of thoughts and morality of the 21st century decide that a new moral education model is inevitably developing. This article is constructing the interactive moral education model on a micro aspect by introducing theory of "interaction" in philosophy, sociology and psychology, viewing the whole process of the moral education with "interaction", and pointing out the model of relation "subject—object—subject" of the moral education process according to special characteristics of "interaction".In this article, the interactive moral education model is discussed by four sections:Section 1 is to clarify the basic content of interactive moral education model, elaborate differences between this new model and traditional moral education model by diagrams, expose its essence and summarize the six features of it including interaction, education, complicatedness, comprehensiveness, cooperationSection 2 is the overall elaboration of theoretical support of construction of the interactive moral education model, concerning its root in philosophy, its starting point in sociology and its foundation in psychology, which provides theoretical support to the detailed construction of this model.Section 3 analyzes practical significance of constructing the interactive moral education model. The article demonstrates that the interactive moral education model is an important tendency of the school moral education model reform and a new requirement of this era to schools by analysing the traditional moral education model, the characteristics, social background of the interactive moral education model as well as physical and mental situations of contemporary young people.Section 4 establishes a detailed research of constructing the interactive moral education model. This section is emphasized. It is talked over in this section respectively from the guiding principle of the interactive moral education model, the five types of interaction, basic conditions, detailed process and strategy to realize the interactive moral education model, an analysis of bi-subjects of the interactive moral education model, the two relations which have to be dealt with well through the process of construction, and so on. The difficult point is on the analysis of the detailed process of the interactive moral education model. An analysis with diagrams is supposed to be in the article aiming to give a clear and complete explanation to this process, which is an innovation and improvement of the interactive moral education model research, and the key point of this article.
