Military Academy Of Moral Education Model Construction Strategy

Military academies are the main channel of training military talent. Students of military academy are the reserve forces of "the new high-quality military talent". Talent is the foundation of victory and also the basis of army development. However, morality is the core of talent, which leads to the improvement of quality comprehensively. For a long time, moral education cannot touch the sole of cadets, displaying generally at knowledge and action come apart on morality or saying one thing and doing another. Especially in the following aspects: first, the goal of moral education is too high emphasizing on transcendentality instead of reality; second, the content of moral education emphasizes on polity, overlooking knowledge and science; third, the methods of moral education are doctrinal; four, the work of moral education is lack of systematization. As the important part of military academy training work, the military academy students' moral education is the important norm of weighing achievement of the top notch talent, and also the prime guarantee to make sure "win without deteriorated". From the aspects of social background and work of contemporary cadets' moral education, this thesis analyze the cadets' moral education development course, situation and chanllenge, bringing up the connotation and speciality which cadets' moral educational pattern should possess nowadays; put forward the system, subject and implement principle of cadets' moral educational pattern construction, and the way of constructing the moral educational pattern which inherits the best features of traditional moral education, utilizes effective experience of overseas moral education, and extract speciality of moral educational innovation; explore the application of moral educational pattern construction strategy in the aspects of strengthening traditional encouraging moral educational pattern, enhancing social morality moral educational pattern, practicing self-managing moral educational pattern and intensifying emotional moral educational pattern. In order to promote cadets to develop profoundly, establish their intense sense of military personnel, sense of responsibility, and sense of devotion, there should be a relatively complete and stable cadets' moral educational system; therefore, it will make them feel secure in the army, dedicate to the national defense, and make them good at peacetime and stand out at dangerous time and crucial moment.
