The interaction between teachers and students, a dynamic process ofcommunication, includes a variety of forms and is meaningful.。Generation is the summarization of the variability in the process of interactionsbetween students and teachers and the extension of the one which focused on plan andcontrol. Real and effective interaction should be a multi-dimensional process carried outstep by step and the result of many factors. Generation goes on by itself with directionsand goals, rather than without law and order. Only through the real and effectiveinteractive generation under correct guidance, students’leading roles can be reflected,students’respects to their teachers can be shown, and the resonance and understandingsbetween students and teachers can be displayed. All in all, the middle school moraleducation“interactive generation”classroom can not be interpreted as without planningand without presetting. In this premise, emphasizing moral life and dynamic in theprocess of moral education in middle school through which vitality and vigor can beachieved. So this paper emphasizes the interaction between teachers and students in theteaching process of moral education which links life and lives. It is an explorativeprocess from static to dynamic. This paper mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly, this paper interprets generation, interactive-generated teaching and itscharacteristics, such as openness, circumstance, interaction and interesting. Secondly,this paper analyses the shortcomings of interactive-generated teaching step by step andtheir reasons. Thirdly, this paper highlights the principles of interactive-generatedteaching which should be adhered to in middle school classrooms and their significance.Finally, in terms of the building of interactive-generated teaching in middle schoolclassrooms, this paper not only concentrates on that the teachers need to prepare well before classes, but also to set specific situation in classrooms to guide students to formunique experience. While respecting the students, the teachers should be good atamiable classroom circumstance through communication with students.Through the analysis, this paper argues that the interactive-generated teaching inmiddle school moral education can form unexpected outstanding points throughcommunication between teachers and students, and deepens the communication to makethe interaction between teachers and students develop silently to dynamic teaching. Asfor teachers, it requires them to communicate with students around their needs. In theprocess of communication, they share their happiness. All of these require more on theteachers’teaching ability and skills. Teachers must have interactive generation ofteaching consciousness, training their mastery of certain skills and strategies andstruggling to improve your quality on all aspects to face all kinds of generation inclassrooms calmly. As for the students, this is the emission of the students’potentialcharacters and creativity and can reflect their subjectivity. If the interaction betweenteachers and students can be effective performed and interactive forms is liberated fromthe traditional teaching, the creative passion hidden under teachers and students can begreatly stimulated.。In general, through the specific teaching building of interactive generated teaching,the charm of middle school moral education can be enhanced, the teaching efficiency ofmoral education in middle schools can be improved and real and effective classroomsfull of vigor and liked by students can be built.
