This dissertation collects materials through questionnaire survey and group-interview. Based on the relevant literature, it analyzes the impact factors on the stability of young teachers in higher education from micro-perspective and mid-perspective. It aims to interpret the positive conclusion from sociological and social psychological perspective, and discuss the factors that have great effect on the stability of young teachers from macro-perspective. Finally this study puts forward related arrangements of policy and measures accordingly. The first part includes the study background, the literature review, the concepts and the operationalization. The framework, the hypothesis, and the research method of this study are also mentioned. The second part describes the general situation of young teachers. It concludes the individual characteristics, the situation of work and life, the evaluation of the system and measures in college and university, the sense of opportunity equality, the belongingness, the sense of recognition, personal relationship, and the stability of young teachers in higher education. The third part examines the impact factors through linear regression analysis. It probes into the joint effects and relative effects of all related factors on the stability of young teachers. The fourth part interprets the positive conclusion. It interprets the positive conclusion from sociological and social psychological perspective, and discusses the factors that have great effect on the stability of young teachers from macro-perspective. Comparing with the literature, it tries to search for the common theoretical bases, especially for the different conclusions. The last part puts forward related arrangements of policy and measures accordingly, based on the positive conclusion, theoretical explanation and the situation of young teachers. Finally it points out the characteristics and significances of this study. As well, the limitation of the study is included in this part.
