The Study Of Performance Management About X Middle School

The performance management is a core in a school human resource management.The performance management carried out right in a school is very useful to improve theeducation, evaluate the teachers correctly and improve the teacher's performance, evendetermine the wages and bonus.But for those middle schools, even primary schools,theperformance management knowledge will be gained while executing it .Thus the performancemanagement will be improved in execution.Through introduction of the performancemanagement's theory and reality in X middle school.This thesis aims to probe and design theX middle school's performance management system by KPI and BSC .To keep performanceevaluation objective and right, the 360 feedback is a good way in X middle school. And lastthe systematic performance cycle will be designed to keep the performance managementcarried out fluently.
