The concept and theory of the field of modern physics not only change the thinking models of natural science, but also radiate into the domain of social science. The world of the field seems invisible, but it is a complex integration, under the certain condition, it will be very penetrating and conquerable. As a sub-field of the social field, the field of ideological and political education is a correlative and interactive field in essence, it is the result of the interaction of elements which have ideological and political effect. The field of ideological and political education for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) staff is to take the HEIs as a special field, which including the interdependent and interactive relationship among staff, educator and educational medium, within the interaction, because of the transfer and exchange of information, energy and matter, it will results in the change of idea and behavior. The key field of ideological and political education for HEIs' staff is a complex system, which is composed of many sub-fields such as psychological-emotional field, cultural-information field, environmental-institutional field etc., its' effect mode is represents as the multi-direction on space, the overall-process in time, and deeply-penetration of approach.As the subject of education, staff is the fundamental, vivid and energetic matter of field in ideological and political education for HEIs' staff. Through the continuing enhancement of the active factor in the field of staff ideological and political education, lets the staff accepting the radiation influence of various educational elements from the field consciously or unconsciously, adjusting the mind and view initiatively, and changing the awkward position of stiff, cold and rigid approach of ideological and political education past. University is a loose anarchist organization, its' sub-systems are independent intellectual groups basically. Furthermore, the HEIs' staff is well systemic educated people, and pursues a spiritual and creative work independently. They are the people of great self-respect and self-support, so they are very sensitive and fastidious with the quality and ability of the teacher of themselves, and they are severely critical of the direct intervention in individual form. In view of the theory of the field, it is suggests that the ideological and political education for HEIs' staff should attach great importance to the subject of educator, as well as educatee, and to establish the model of Subject (Educator)-Object (Educational medium)-Subject (Educatee). Based on the belief of people-first values, to realize the organic integration of the social value and the individual internal demand of the ideological and political education, to promote the harmonious unification for development of HEIs and society, as well as the whole-person development through the ideological and political education, to implement the united educational object, well-designed educational content, and careful cryptic educational approach, and to achieve the harmonious uniformity of the medium of ideological and political education, educational environment, and the incentive factor system of staff itself.
