The curricula hold the most important place in school education. Education's target and value are both mainly embodied and actualized by taking curricula. Therefore, the transformation of curricula is the hardcore subject of our whole education transforming. PE curricula, as its fundamentality, practicality and integrity, are a special component of the curricula system. To study the environment of curricula and to wholly research PE curricula, are useful for optimizing PE curricula, promoting its continuable development, and maximum its value. This topic is hoped to exploit a new train of thoughts for PE curricula and provide theoretic instruction for physical education practice.This paper adopts literatures, logical reasoning, experts' interviewing, comparative research. From the aspect of the environment, this paper takes PE curricula as the "subject", and takes all those factors that influence PE curricula's generating, developing and running as "object". Through the relationship between the "subject" and the "object" in the subject's running process, this paper tries anatomizing the influence from the "object" to "subject", and raises a point of optimizing PE curricula, improving the environment of PE curricula, so as to reach the maximum value of the "subject".As this research revealed: 1. The environment of PE curricula is all factors and their relationship which surround PE curricula as their "subject" and influence the establishment and implement of its "educating project". 2.The environment of PE curricula could be classified in different ways: according to the ways environment affect PE curricula, we have inner environment and external environment;according to the fields and range environment affect PE curricula, we have macro environment, moderate environment and micro environment;according to reflect ways the environment to PE curricula, we have visible environment and invisible environment;according to different characters, we have hard environment and soft environment. 3. The environment PE curricula influence PE curricula's value, target, method, evaluating;it has limited and promoted the PE curricula. 4. The environment has restricted, led, promoted, harmonized, supervised, feed backed. 5. PE curricula are influenced and restricted by the environment. To reach the maximum value of PE curricula, for one thing we should optimize its environment, for another, PE curricula should adapt its environment.
