The key competency is the important foundation that cultivates the career sustainable development talented person,nowadays,the development of vocational education demands strongly on the key general ability,key professional ability,key social ability and key professional conduct of higher vocational college students.The students in higher vocational colleges are in the important period of developing the key ability,but at present some of the practical courses in higher vocational colleges are insufficient to cultivate the students ’ key abilities.The training of students mainly focuses on the cultivation of key professional ability,which leads to the unsatisfactory development of students ’ key abilities.In the face of the current social and economic development of the comprehensive ability of talent needs,It is urgent to require higher vocational colleges to put forward the key professional ability,key social ability and key professional conduct in the course reform,especially the practice course construction.This requires that we emphasize and attach importance to the vital capacity for sustainable development,Through the research to propose the corresponding countermeasure,It provides guidance for the development of practical courses in higher vocational colleges,and then promotes the improvement of talents training in higher vocational colleges.In this research,the author first theoretically explores the basis of the training of key abilities in practical courses in higher vocational colleges.Marx’s theory of all-round development and Schuber’s career development theory provide theoretical guidance for the training of students ’ key abilities in practical courses.Secondly,this paper studies the present situation of the development and construction of key competency-oriented practical courses in higher vocational colleges.Through the investigation of the goal of curriculum,curriculum structure,course content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation.Analysis of key competency-oriented practice curriculum development and construction situation,found that there are deficiencies in the relevant aspects.Combing and analyzing the problems faced in the development and construction,The main problems are as follows:Curriculum objectives ignore the comprehensiveness of key competencies;The setting of course structure is unreasonable;The curriculum content does not fit closely with the training needs of key competencies;Curriculum implementation is not standardized;The design of examination link is unreasonable.Finally,the paper probes into the influential factors and countermeasures of developing key competency-oriented practical courses in higher vocational colleges.From five aspects to find practical curriculum training key ability countermeasure:Reasonablypositioning and high lighting the curriculum objectives of training key competencies;Scientific design practice curriculum structure;The course content of training key ability is offered according to the work process;Based on the standardized curriculum implementation process,science to carry out project teaching;Perfect the evaluation mechanism,improve the objectivity of curriculum evaluation.
