In the final analysis, the quality of education is the quality of the teachers. The coming of the age of intellectual economy requires the education of the existing teachers to be enhanced in all directions and on multi-levels. Only by this way can it be adapted to the ever-fasting characteristic of the speed of the changing of knowledge and technology. The problem of how to enable the current teaching staff to adapt to and satisfy the needs of the age is badly in need of research and being tackled with. After the promulgation of The Reforming Program of Fundamental Educational Courses (trial implementation) in our nation, and with the deepening of educational reformation, especially the carrying forward of the experimentation of the new courses, the teachers must improve their professional levels through continuous education. There are no exceptions to the Chinese teachers, whose tasks of continuous education and training are heavier and more difficult.However, what kind of training content and training way can suit the new courses, and really satisfy the needs of the Chinese teachers? the writer of the essay thinks that we must start from satisfying the needs of the professional development of the Chinese teachers , reforming the existent non-scientific training mechanism, conforming and optimizing the teaching and training power and strengthening the cooperation of primary schools, middle schools and colleges. At the same time all the educational and administration departments together with the training and teaching research institutions should work cooperatively to employ the modern educational techniques to their fullest use, draw on the international advanced experience of the education of the teachers, and renew the continuous education and training model of the Chinese teachers, only by this can we work out a practical, scientific and efficient way towards the new course education of the Chinese teachers.The contract and choice of raining model play an important role intraining efficiency, according to the development trend of teachers' education.
