Teacher's authority in the teaching is the strength in the teaching process which causes the student to believe and follow, is one kind of influence does not rely on any compulsory method, it is established in the democratic relation of teacher and student, is high of sublimation of the teacher's prestige. It has such basic characteristic as the comprehensive of influence factors, openness of system, interaction of the establishment process and transcendence of the object and so on.Teacher's authority is the inevitably request that teaching this social activity realizes its goal, maintain its order, forms work relations between the teachers and students in the teaching, also is the inevitably request for student's study and the development, simultaneously is the inevitably request for realization of the teacher's classroom instruction role. But, the teacher's authority is not has the positive promoter action to the teaching, therefore teacher's authority moderate no matter to the entire school edition, or to the development of teacher and the student is very important, inspects the teacher's authority is whether moderate may from such several angles as the social history development, student's characteristic in different age stage, the study content as well as the student whether do have the study free.Among the factors which affects the formation of teacher's authority, it has the objective factor such as social system, social tradition and values and the student aspect, it also has subjective factor such as teacher's own specialized accomplishment and the personality, the twocomplements is one another;At the same time the teacher authority is establised in the teachers and students democratic foundation, it also is the process which teachers and students obtain the understanding in the positive contact and interaction, moreover is an unceasing consummation and the development process, its establishment begins from the system and individual planes, former includes improve teacher's social position from the multi- positions and establish the curriculum system and education administration system advantageous to the teacher specialized growth, latter includes the lifelong learner and the researcher, the correct understanding and reasonably utilizes the authority, maintains the student authority and so on.
