Teacher's motivation is the school administration core question, many scholars from many angles to the teacher motivation has carried on the research, has yielded the substantial result, but this article selects the angle of view is works the degree of satisfaction from the teacher to study the teacher to drive the mechanism constructing. Job satisfaction research long-standing, but job satisfaction research to the teacher quite to be few, in order to enhance teacher's job satisfaction, establishes the suitable motivation mechanism to become one kind to have, its premise is must understand the teacher current work satisfactory condition.This article first introduced job satisfaction theory correlation research results, select five middle schools teachers took the sample investigation object in Changsha, provides the examination table which myself establishes to carry on the teacher to job satisfaction questionnaire survey, and has carried on the degree of satisfaction interview, has obtained the first detailed material, had understood the middle school teacher works the degree of satisfaction present situation in Changsha. Carries on the analysis through the interview result and to the investigation data, finally indicated, the Changsha teacher's job satisfaction overall score not to be high, six factors degree of satisfaction scores points arrangement is in turn: Works itself, the working conditions, the interpersonal relationship, the economical reward, the leader management, the training promotion. And to the sex, the age (teaching seniority), professor the subject different teacher's work degree of satisfaction has carried on the comparative analysis. Thus proposed the middle school teachers manage core: Theteacher motivation, and analyzed the job satisfaction present situation to decide the teacher motivation inevitability;The middle school teacher's work characteristic and needs the characteristic;The near modern west drove theory enlightenment which drove to the middle school teachers. Proposed in this foundation the middle school teacher drove the mechanism constructs the ponder, proposed must establish the perfect middle school teacher salary mechanism, the training promotion mechanism, the teacher appraises the mechanism and so on the important research results.This article devotes locally to practices the situation, promulgates the local school teacher's job satisfaction information, manages for the Changsha middle school teacher provides the model, for the local teacher management and the drive to the scientific style, the modernized development provides the important reference.
