The Research On P.E Teachers' Job Satisfaction And Motivation Mechanism Of Vocational Colleges In Fujian

Job satisfaction of P.E teachers in vocational colleges is related extremely closely to motivation mechanism. Whether job satisfaction is high or low is directly relating to whether the vocational colleges can run normally and have healthy development. My research investigates the present condition of job satisfaction of P.E teachers in vocational colleges in Fujian by means of related literature, questionnaire survey, interviews, statistics and so on, analyzing the characteristics and influential factors of job satisfaction of P.E teachers in vocational colleges in Fujian. The research is based on the actual circumstances of vocational colleges, illustrating the necessity of setting up motivation mechanism among P.E teachers in vocational colleges. There are six sub-systems in motivation mechanism system of P.E teachers in vocational colleges, and they are mutual information and feedback mechanism, training and promotion mechanism, scientific evaluation mechanism, salary and reward mechanism, ego realization mechanism, and democratic participation mechanism. My research also puts forward some principles of motivation mechanism of P.E teachers in vocational colleges, such as systematic principle, humanistic principle, fair and reasonable principle, continuously improving principle, principle of substantial motivation in harmony with spiritual motivation, principle of internal motivation combined with external motivation, aiming at improving the working enthusiasm of P.E teachers in vocational colleges, providing useful experience and lessons for management of P.E teachers in vocational colleges and providing important reference for management and motivation mechanism of P.E teachers in vocational colleges in Fujian Province to a scientific and modernization development.
