Taking music education as one of the important routes to go through transition of "quality-oriented education" from "exam-oriented education" is a great transition of the educational concept of our country, and a qualitative leap of educational reform and development of our country even more. The theory of music education coordination is arising under such a historic background.The theory of music education coordination means under the guidance of the theory of system and coordination, giving full play to the unique aesthetic function of music education;making music education , thought quality-oriented education , cultural quality-oriented education , psychological quality-oriented education, health quality-oriented education move ahead simultaneously, cooperatively, complementarily;and to optimize the whole structure and function of quality-oriented education and making the whole function greater than the sum of every part.The theory of music education coordination has opened up a stretch of broad world for the steady development of chorus teaching. It can give full play to the unique aesthetic function of chorus teaching, improve the students' music learning ability and promote their overall qualities. It is made with the music education and each subsystem of the quality-oriented education cooperate, permeate and supplement each other, promote the related movement among each subsystem. The use of the theory of music education coordination can promote students' overall development better and is good for realizing the goal of music education.According to real and theoretical research of present chorus teaching, the theoretical research of chorus teaching is still at basic stage, and the use of the theory of music education coordination is not fully launched in chorus teaching yet. This text attempts to analyze andexpatiate the use of the theory in chorus teaching systematically and put forward some own ideas and suggestions to the chorus teaching practice on this basis. The full text is divided into six parts altogether, including: introduction, summary of the theory of music education coordination, the necessity and feasibility analysis of the theory in chorus teaching, the strategy of using the theory and the requirements for teacher in chorus teaching:. Part one: Introduction. Mainly explain and analyze the development of the theory of music education coordination and the current situations of theoretical research and practice;Analyze the theory of music education coordination and the use of it in music education with intension of theory among chorus teaching.Part two: Summary of the theory of music education coordination. This part of mainly introduce the origin, development and achievement of the theory, and the theory of music education coordination and the mechanism in coordinationPart three: The necessity and feasibility analysis of the theory in chorus teaching. The necessity is explained from two aspects: First, carrying on the theory is the concrete embodiment of the music education meeting for social development requirements;Second, carrying on the theory is the requirement for the perfection and development of the music education itself.Part four: The feasibility analysis of music education coordination theory in the chorus teaching. This part has analyzed the implementation music education coordination theory feasibility from three aspects: 1st, the chorus art characteristic has provided the detachment condition for the implementation music education coordination theory;2nd, the contemporary elementary and middle school students' characteristic has provided the subjective condition for the implementation music education coordination theory;3rd, music education coordination theory implementation feasibility obtained the practice preliminaryconfirmationPart five: The strategy of using the theory in chorus teaching. Music education coordination theory proposed a higher request of music teachers' quality structure, and has conducted the investigation and study to the current elementary and middle schools music teachers' quality condition.
