The aim of this essay is to study the significance, theory and practice of carrying out the activity of Mathematical Modelling of High School (MHMS). In China, MHMS is a kind of completely new and popular activity. It plays an important part in cultivating the high school students' mathematics ability and improving their mathematics quality, especially in cultivating students' creative ability. For carrying on Mathematical Modelling in Project-based Learning in High School: An Application Study topic experiment, I selected by examinations five high school to investigate the object of research. See from our inquisition and the data analysises, most schools open the research study and mathematicses of the exhibition to set up the mold activity to usually become formalistic, being placed in the appearance of cope with the check.
