With the rapid development of science and technology,people begin to realize the design thinking gradually,and the corresponding methods to cultivate human design thinking also emerge at the historic moment.In today's society,attention has been paid to the development of design thinking of primary and secondary school students,and the cultivation of students' design thinking through different disciplines has gradually become the goal of maker education in schools.The rapid development of computer has provided a new method for teaching,which can be used to teach in a highly real virtual environment,combine the 3D objects in the virtual environment with the 3d objects in the real world,and develop students' design thinking in maker education.However,the purpose of maker education is to work independently,share knowledge and learn to innovate.Therefore,in order to achieve the new educational goal,it is very necessary to cultivate students' design thinking ability.Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory,Dewey's pragmatism and discovery learning theory,this study aims to cultivate and develop students' design thinking through the teaching of 3D digital modeling course based on the project teaching model.The research work is mainly divided into the following three aspects.(1)Combine the research results on design thinking and project teaching mode.This part is mainly based on the reading and analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,the author analyzes the development process of design thinking research at home and abroad,and cultivates common patterns of design thinking.It is expected that under the guidance of relevant learning theories,project teaching will be adopted.Teaching mode to enhance students' design thinking.(2)Experiment with the application of teaching mode.Based on the project teaching mode with training advantages,select the appropriate teaching content in the 3D digital modeling coursefor teaching design,and under the support of theoretical research,set the experimental class and the control class,the experimental class and the control class respectively adopt the support design thinking development.The project teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode are taught.(3)Verification of the effectiveness of the project teaching model supporting the development of design thinking.After clearing the teaching mode of students' design thinking and conducting experiments,the effectiveness of educational experiments was verified.By issuing design thinking test questions to test the improvement of primary school design thinking,relevant data on the development of primary school design thinking was obtained,and the teaching mode of the project was verified.The relationship between design thinking proves that design thinking has indeed developed after education experiments.Through the development of the above research work,the research has achieved the following research results.(1)This study identified a project teaching model that points to improving design thinking.On the basis of a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad,the author compares and analyzes the teaching mode of developing students' design thinking,analyzes its characteristics and training objectives,and draws on its own research ability to draw reference to the project teaching mode of developing primary school design thinking.Moreover,in the 3D digital modeling course,through the introduction of design thinking,the students' application design thinking consciousness is cultivated,and the quality of the digital model is also significantly improved.(2)This study provides a method for recording the creative process of a student's 3D digital model.In the 3D digital modeling course,students are guided to clarify the practical significance of digital model production,and guide students to “design” works to avoid a single phenomenon of model form.Through the tools such as the guide chart,the steps in the process of creating the model become explicit.The process explicitness is beneficial to the teacher to record the student's classroom performance.At the same time,it helps the teacher to reflect on the mistakes in the teaching process after class.Other Maker teachers provide experience sharing.
