| This paper probes a mode of the evaluation of teachers in the middle school in class teaching at home and abroad, and aims to build a mode of the evaluation of geography teachers in the middle school in class teaching.First, the paper analyses and compares the concept, mode and characteristics of the evaluation of teachers in the middle school in class teaching at home and abroad, and its theoretic reasons, its advantages and disadvantages. The paper also tells us the new tendency and characteristics of present middle school teachers in class teaching, on the influence of the new concept of the new course standard.Second, the paper discusses the basic theories systematically which have affected on the quality of the class teaching. By doing so, it supplies with theoretic reasons for the scientific and reasonable standards of the evaluation of teachers in the middle school in class teaching.Third, this paper analyses completely the main factors which influence the evaluation of the teachers in class teaching. It helps to build the complete, reasonable and scientific standards of the evaluation of geography teachers in the middle school in class teaching.Fourth, this paper discusses the factors of reliability and validity which influences the evaluation of the teachers in class teaching, and it also helps to build the suitable and scientific evaluation model of the geography teacher in class teaching.Fifth, on the basis of the above analysis, the paper builds the evaluation of geography teachers in the middle school in class teaching. Then the forms of the mode of evaluation is revised upon the advice of the specialists. At the request of the built mode, the revised forms of the evaluation were used for the synthetic evaluation of geography teachers in some middle schools in the city of Huangshi.Finally, the paper makes a conclusion of the evaluation, including its significance and shortcomings in use. |
