The paper research Mathematics learning strategy instruction under new curriculum criterion belief through the investigation and analysis of the statement of junior middle school students' Mathematics learning strategy, Based on the study of formers, this paper combines the research of learning strategy and Mathematics subject, The study in two aspects is done in this paper as follows:Firstly, further research of Mathematics learning strategy instruction is done in theory. The mathematics learning strategy is defined , This paper presents the element of Mathematics learning strategy ,The conception is put forward definitely, Mathematics learning strategy instruction is to teach students acquire and know how to use the Mathematics learning strategy, and make them acquire the method and skill of efficient study and efficient solving problem. The content of Mathematics learning strategy instruction is studied in detail.Secondly, research of Mathematics learning strategy instruction is done in practice. This paper discusses the course designation of it and the elements, which affect it efficiently. The course designation is divided into five parts: value students' cognitive statement, initiate the interest of students, analyses example, understand and grasp strategy, rethink and summarize strategy. Two teaching approaches are discussed. Then, the teaching skills are summarized.
