At present, secondary vocational school's mathematics teaching faces many problems, such as: decline in the quality of students, reducing the number of teaching hours,different mathematical basis from students entering the school, the major students are not suited on the current teaching and learning methods. This study is to adapt to the new situation about the vocational school mathematics teaching needs, enhance classroom learning from the efficiency, effectiveness of the pursuit of learning to promote students the perspective of sustainable development.The theory studying with modern education and studying theory is to guide ,we reference and compare effective learning strategies at home and abroad, and it explores the learning main success factors , common feature and promotion of efficient learning strategy. The use of the survey method, it analyze the level of the student's learning strategies and their characteristics, explore the real problems about the low efficiency learning of the students, it provide certain empirical basis about the overall framework of the training model and training content. Then based on the above analysis and results of research,it establish the training mode of learning strategies ,and students in math level and the level of learning strategies were tested, and the test results conducted statistical analysis and greyrelation anlysis. Finally, paper evaluate the efficiency of learning strategies training mode what it is feasibility and effectiveness through to case analysis.This research establishes a scientific,systematic and effective learning strategies training programmes for the Secondary Vocational School students .It is in light of the occupational characteristics of the students, paper develops psychological operation theory which was devised the French Professor Dégazez Garang Delhi, and we think that the psychological image's choice concerns with person's cognition movement's form and characteristic. In accordance with this classification ,the practice proved that this training has good results.The study proposed for The secondary vocational strategy tables, and it reference related research to build a training strategy model.The main conclusions of this study:1. Speaking of the Secondary Vocational School students , the most important learning is learning that enable students to master a learning strategy, the level of students learning strategies will not improve spontaneously but is to efforts to change. So it is important for training their strategy in the teaching process.2. To train learning strategy can change the Secondary Vocational School student's attitude towards learning and enhance the effectiveness of learning, and it is advantageous in conducive to other subjects .3. The construction of the training model is in accordance with the classification of learning strategies to train students, and what treating day-to-day learning activities (preview, classes, exercises and examinations, etc.) as the stage of practice is feasible and reasonable .The results proved that training is effective on the strategy level and the level of academic knowledge ,and it provide a theoretical support and guidance methods in the efficiency of teaching and learning.
