The basis of exerting inquiry learning on mathematics classroom instruction lays itself on the view of constructivism and "recreation theory". With the guidance of teacher, the initiative of students is inspired ,which promotes students to acquire knowledge and improve ability .The article analyzes the realistic utility of the theory, the theory basis and the methodology basis, and explores the way to implement the inquiry learning on the reality of classroom instruction.The firth part introduces the necessity and situation of implementing inquiry learning and some divergences occurring to inquiry learning, and poses the available method to inquiry learning based on classroom instruction. The second part is the theory basis of the inquiry learning based on classroom instruction. Expound the dual character of mathematics science, elaborate the basic theory of inquiry learning and explore the essence of inquiry learning. Thirdly, the thesis introduces the mathematics methods used in inquiry learning, which include mathematics experiment and reasoning from analogy and incomplete inductive reasoning. The fourth part puts forward the strategies to carry out inquiry learning on classroom instruction, and give some inquiry learning examples in preparation for the Entrance Examination, contest mathematics .
